Here is how I made it:
Dole Pineapple Ice Cream: 1 Cup Heavy Cream 1/3 Cup White Granulated Sugar 1 6oz. can Dole Pineapple Juice 1 Teaspoon Fresh Lemon Juice |
Whisk together the ingredients until sugar dissolves and it becomes frothy. |
Refrigerate until well chilled and transfer to your ice cream maker and make according to its directions. |
To assemble the Dole Whip, pipe some of the soft pineapple ice cream into the bottom of a cup. Pour pineapple juice over the ice cream until it nearly reaches the top of the rim. Pipe fresh whipped cream on top and enjoy! |
