Chocolate Pizza Inspired by Max Brenner Chocolate

I first discovered Max Brenner chocolate on Food Network. During an episode about chocolate on "Unwrapped" I was mesmirized by this restaurant. They showed chocolate drizzled breakfast plates with extra beakers of chocolate on the size, chocolate fondue, and "hug mugs" of drinking chocolate.
There was on specific item they showed than intrigued me enough that I recreated it a few days later. Looks delicious but you may be wondering what it is, right?

It is Chocolate Pizza! According to the Max Brenner menu, "Chocolate Chunks Pizza* double chocolate melting chunks & a choice of 2: crunchy hazelnut bits, bananas, peanut butter or roasted marshmallows."

I made mine with milk chocolate chunks, peanut butter, marshmallows, and a fine dusting of ground almonds. I used the whole wheat tandoori naan bread from Trader Joes. First you layer milk chocolate chunks on the bread.

Next, layer some mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chunks.

Preheat oven to 350 and place chocolate pizza on a baking sheet and allow the chocolate to melt and the marshmallows to soften and faintly brown on the tops.

For this part, I melted some cream peanut butter in a small dish. Be careful not to microwave it too long as it becomes fluid quickly. Drizzle peanut butter over top of the warm pizza immediately after removing from the oven.

Sprinkle either chopped almonds or hazelnuts on top and serve.

I also made my own drinking chocolate spiced with cinnamon with a dollop of fresh homemade whipped cream on top. I think I have to run a few miles just after writing this post!
